  I had a Pole Party with Michelle and Adrienne. The reason for the Party was Mom’s getting together and having some fun. None of us are professional dancers, but by the time we were done we felt like we were and loved it! We walked in, had a few drinks and started to laugh and enjoy ourselves! All stresses were left at the door and when you choose your alter ego stage name you do a little shift and you transform into a different person. We did some twerking, a sexy chair routine and of course Pole Work. We all went out of our comfort zone and loved it! Adrienne was the perfect instructor! She is talented and extremely funny! She had us feeling comfortable and laughing within the first five minutes! By the time we were done she made us feel empowered and we owned that studio!!! It was friends getting together and leaving all responsibilities and titles that we carry behind. We allowed ourselves to rediscover who we are! We all are strong individual WOMEN!!! Thank you Michelle and Adrienne! Lola and friends will be back!!!
