  Element and our broker Nichole were a pleasure to work with during my refinance. While shopping for my mortgage I found most companies are very competitive on pricing and often times willing to match their competitiors. I decided to choose the company that seemed to be the friendliest and most professional. My instinct proved right as Nichole and Element totally blew me away. Not only was Nichole and her team knowledgeable, professional and responsive, but Element's seemless, online application and approval process made all of the paperwork I normally dread easy to complete. I am not sure I would ever use another company for financing as they really made a positive impression on me!
