  If I could give zero stars, I would. This company promised to come out to my client's home and repair a scratch on a piece of furniture. From start to finish they were absolutely horrible. They showed up at the clients home and didn't even knock on the door to see if he was home, but instead called and drove away when he didn't answer his phone. When he called them back, they basically told him "deal with it" and reschedule. The second time the same technician came out, he very rudely asked the client, "Why don't you like me" and "You should have a smile on your face to see me." No hello, good afternoon sir, nothing, just straight belligerence. The customer was so shook up from the awful experience that he asked the technician to leave and they still tried to charge a service call even with a complete LACK of service. When we called to resolve the matter, they called us back and instead of calling us accidently called the CUSTOMER and left him a voicemail calling him a liar! UNBELIEVABLE AND AWFUL SERVICE. We called them and all DAVE DOYLE the supposed customer service manager would say was "we consider this discussion closed". Also, when we asked for their corporate number, they refused to give it!!! Worst customer service we have EVER experienced.
