  I was visiting my mother this past week and we had dinner at 6pm at the facility. Our waitress without a smile took our order, brought the beverages to the table and spilled an entire soda all over the table getting my mother a little wet. She did not apologize and moved us to the next table. She lacked compassion and customer service skills.
  The menu choices are very good and the food quality is a cut above what I expected. The Security and grounds people were all friendly and welcoming. There is a bridge over water to walk to the pool or dinner. There is a library, a gym and a salon for hair grooming. The dining area is going thru many positive changes to feel like an upscale restaurant experience thanks to the talent and experience of Brandan, the Executive Director.
