  Selling my house... spoke to Mark on the phone... sent him my inspection report... he pre-assessed what needed to be done (ridge cap repair)... Told me he'd be out in 2 weeks. Called today to confirm he'd be by today. "Nah... I'm a small mom and pop business and I'm just too busy (it's been sunny)" [What?!] "Maybe next week." So now I'm 2 weeks down on something I only had 4 weeks to take care of in the first place. Maybe he does good work, but he didn't keep his commitment. And that makes this roofing company unreliable. And not following up to let me know he couldn't do it... unprofessional!

  Roof done right. Mark does not cut corners. if it needs to be fixed, Mark is upfront about what is needed and does what is right. Mark is at the job site and oversee everything. It was refreshing to do business with someone who puts their name and reputation behind every job!!
