  A good structure to the workout with real time visual aid on how much effort you are putting into your workout. The large screen with your heart rate makes it easy to adjust your effort to bring yourself into zone 4. The monitor with the floor exercises gives you a quick refresher on what you are supposed to be doing. The coach was clear on explinations and gave great demo with alternatives. Staff was very friendly and informative the flow of the work out, what I should be looking for in heart rate to get the best workout before introducing me to the coach for the session. I am not from the area, the staff found studios in my area so I could do more workouts. Only thing missing was a shower for after my work out.
