  My name is Tracy Wilkins and I usually don't write reviews but I felt compelled to write about my experience at this location! The manager Kim was extremely helpful and displayed full professionalism when dealing with the clients that were inside when I came. She was well versed in the policies and procedures concerning Public Storage and the day to day operations! I was overwhelmingly impressed with her skillset as a service person. I have observed her doing whatever is needed to keep business moving and the customers happy! It was a breath of fresh air dealing with such a nice person who represented Public Storage well and made my experience an enjoyable one! I am glad to be a client at THIS location and as long as she is there I feel comfortable keeping my belongings here! So in closing this location has a wonderful staff who is concerned with the safety and well being of your property! Kudos to the entire staff and I say "Give Kim and the staff a raise" for truly they deserve it!!!!!!
