  Very unprofessional party rental service. We ordered a castle and reserved ahead of time, they called the day before to say we won’t be getting what we ordered. The day of the party they dropped off the wrong bounce house and came back when the party started to take it down. Tried speaking with Marcela she hung up on me 4 times when trying to ask what was going on. End result Marcela told her drivers to collect all equipment, refund the money and left us with nothing. The party had nothing for the kids to do. Luckily a more professional party service saved the day! Would not recommend Rubens to anyone throwing a party for their child! Their employees don’t even like working with them, that tells you a lot!
