  DO NOT GO HERE!!! 1st time going to them and they gave me glasses that were a completely wrong prescription! I went in a week after I got my glasses and ALAN told me the prescription was correct, he bent up my glasses in attempt to straiten the frames to see if that would work, told me the new frames are bigger than my old ones and sent me on my way. I went back a week later because I i knew the glasses were too strong and not right. Doug tested it again and determined that my prescription was in fact incorrect and they had to send it back to get it corrected. I'm -2.0 in each eye which is already stronger than what I had and they gave me glasses that were -2.25 for both eyes. This really messed my vision up for a few weeks. I picked up my glasses again and they are still bent out of shape. Will NEVER spend my money here again and would absolutely NOT recommend this place to anyone even a blind person. They will mess with your vision. I also noticed that the salesmen do not give you your options in add ons they give you one price for alot of unneeded add ons for lenses. BEWARE and take your business elsewhere! Worse eye care experience ive ever had in my life.

  This location is horrible. The other reviews do not surprise me in the least. If I could give it a zero, I would.
  
  I accompanied my mother to this location as she's a first-time buyer of glasses. The first guy, turned out to be a supervisor, tried to explain to my mother that her prescription was out of date. I've worn glasses throughout most of my life. Have since I was five. I don't always wear my glasses when I go out and about. Reading, typing up reviews such as this, and other similar activities, yes. At the time, I was not wearing glasses, but just because I don't have them on does not mean I don't know anything about how frequently you're supposed to get checked. If you have known vision problems you are supposed to get your vision checked every six months. I informed my mother of that, and he immediately decided to correct me and say it should be once a year. I looked at him and asked why then he thinks she needs to get her vision checked again when the prescription was determined and wrote out for her in late October of 2017 after they examined her vision. He quickly left us to our whiles. My mother still had questions, but after beating a retreat, the both of us went about picking a set of frames for her.
  
  I wish that was the end of the unpleasantness. Unfortunately, it was not. We approached the only other person (Alan, I think it was) to begin purchasing her prescription and frames. The representative did not even greet us or ask if there was anything he could help us with. He was hesitant and overall reluctant to even begin helping. He started to bring up Transition lenses, and I informed him that it was not an option, a waste of money, and utter crap to put on glasses. He demanded why, and I told him that salespeople are quick to encourage a faulty product, Transitions don't work at all when you're driving, and my own Transition lenses take twenty minutes to adjust between going inside and outside. He basically was not expecting my knowledge on their faults... Again because I was not wearing my glasses. He shut down on trying to sell that which was better than him trying to hoodwink my mother into purchasing them.
  
  I could honestly forgive that. However, he became defensive when she had questions, got irritated when she was trying to ask about features that any novice eyeglass wearer should ask, and was very despondent and critical towards her throughout the process. He made her feel like she was an inconvenience and a bother. I had to bite my tongue through the rest of it. He scurried off with her credit card to make the purchase, and my mother asked me if I got the impression that we were being inconvenient or there was something we did wrong. I told her I'd be happy to get out of there as quickly as possible because I certainly did not feel as though our business was welcome. He came back, and my mother ended up asking him about his attitude. He got defensive and argumentative with her. I told him he had been reluctant to even talk to us from the beginning, short with her when she asked questions, and overall rude throughout the experience. Before we left, I asked who his supervisor was. It was the first guy. They insisted on talking to us. I explained our experience to the first guy, and he was just as rude as the other one.
  
  We ended up walking out. We did not even get to the curb when I asked my mother why on earth are we buying her glasses from them when they clearly don't want our business. We went right back in, and canceled that transaction. Then, they were reluctant to produce a receipt that noted the purchase had been voided. Told us it was voided and we didn't need to worry about it. Like heck! My mother insisted, and they grudgingly photocopied the receipt with the transaction voided.
  To make a long story long, horrible experience! Don't go there! Save yourselves the trouble and heartache. We certainly won't be going back there anytime soon.
