  We had the worst experience of our life visiting this medical office on 6/19/2015, my husband was admitted at the hospital that week and got discharged and need it to see his primary doctor to get the release to work and Dr. Robert Tome refuse to do his job stating that he was not the doctor that saw him at hospital and he slam the door so hard on our face, never said he was done and when the medical assistant came in to tell us that was it, I asked if he was done she said yes, and I told her what he did, and she just said oh well he is like that, at that point I turn around and told my husband "Time to find a real doctor " she look at me and told me, since you are changing doctors then have your new doctor to help you with paper work, they were so unprofessional and so rude that I just cant believe that they actually went to school. I'm calling my insurance company to make sure they don't charge my insurance for doing nothing. After all that, I decide to call my primary doctor, a real doctor give us an appointment for the next business day, and my husband was amaze with the Treatment they offer him, Thank you Family Medical and Wellness Center, with Dr. Vizcaino and Dr. Glover and Heather Loguidice ARNP for been so kind and professional and compassionate with us.
