  Office staff is unprofessional. I showed up 10 minutes early for a new patient appointment and there was no one at the reception window. I signed in and sat down. 15 min after my appointment time still no one came to the window to check me or the other 3 patients in. I crossed my name off the list and wrote that I waited and no one came to the window so I left. 40 minutes after my appointment time I received a call from them asking with an attitude 'If there was a problem' I told her what happened and she said most of our patients wait 15-20 minutes. I stated that is a problem because I have to go back to work and she told me maybe this just isn't the right fit (again with attitude). Maybe I'm crazy, but if I have an appointment I shouldn't have to wait just to check in with a receptionist. I never saw the doctor so I cannot comment on her service.
